ERA advises top tech firm in Vietnam on new market expansion
The top technology firm in Vietnam, Vinagames, wanted to export its music streaming and chat application technology to other markets in Southeast Asia. Markets and consumers that are quite different to Vietnam, therefore they sought to engage a communications partner who could give them market and stakeholder insights to increase the effectiveness of that engagement.
ERA proposed a consumer and stakeholder mapping deep dive, that resulted in a multi-pronged communications plan for their new markets. This included considerations around consumer surveys, seeding, influencers, political and B2G related engagements, reputation management and planning, as well a full plan for stakeholder engagement based on those insights.
