Mastercard is the second largest technology company in the payments industry globally, has been operating in Cambodia for as long as major competitors, but was experiencing a lack of awareness among stakeholders of its key messages, product and value to society. Mastercard engaged ERA from its regional office to work with its leadership in Cambodia and elsewhere. to build a stronger profile and thought leadership in 2022 and 2023.
ERA developed a solution in parternship with the client to localize key messages, have a regular stream of positive, message-led news about Mastercard and its operations globally, regionally and locally. We provide guidance on how to increase share of voice, brand equity and more through a campaign which includes media relations, thought leadership, executive positioning and more to achieve their objective in the Land of Wonders.
