KFC Myanmar revamped its fried chicken into a bigger and spicier product catered to Myanmar taste. The brand was seeking ways to reenergize its fan base, bringing back the excitement of the ’new’ without talking about a ‘relaunch’.
We drew from a popular Myanmar dance, the “chicken battle”, commonly played by children across the nation. Taking a modernized approach to a traditional favorite, we created a three- month campaign, led by a stylized dance montage performed by three well-known influencers in a digital TVC.
The multi-channel campaign, which included fun social content, a Tik Tok dance contest around our original song, influencer reviews and new creatives in POSM, brought back consumers’ childhood memories across the nation.
