The Challenge
Ensure Gold, despite being a dominant player in the Cambodian adult nutrition milk market, faced challenges related to low awareness, limited reach to the target audience, and competition. They aimed to address these issues through a digital Raffle campaign but encountered a significant challenge. The primary hurdle was simplifying this digital campaign to make it accessible and user-friendly for the target demographic, which comprised older/middle-aged individuals with limited tech knowledge.
The Solution
ERA Cambodia was tasked with taking on the technical aspects of the campaign, which included developing and managing the Microsites, digital registration tools, and the winner selection pool. To address the challenge effectively, ERA Cambodia conducted comprehensive marketing research and user testing.
