Map all stakeholders and create specialized reputation management plans for each around 5 the upcoming tender/project for Yangon’s first elevated expressway. Use these and expertise in communications and reputation to develop a full communications and branding strategy for the winning bidder.
We used a research-based approach to understand concerns, similar project issues and more to anticipate criticisms for the project and mapped all key stakeholders and possible issues. ERA eventually created a special message of “Let’s get Yangon moving again” to excite the public around the coming of the new project and a special website to act as a grievance mechanism.
