Safeguarding the Healthcare Ecosystem Against Fraud

The Challenge

SHIELD, the device-first AI risk platform, is signing a Partnership MOU with Buymed, a leading healthcare marketplace platform in Southeast Asia. SHIELD’s solutions are unique compared to other tech companies’ approach, but haven’t established the brand name in Vietnam. They wanted to announce this partnership and introduced their products to Vietnam through a Partnership signing ceremony, with media relations managed by ERA Vietnam.

The Solution

ERA Vietnam supported SHIELD in media relations and coordinated event logistics. ERA Vietnam provided SHIELD with a tailored media list and prepared press kits which consisted of localized press release, fact sheets and case studies.

Prior to the event, ERA Vietnam team sent out invitations to the media in tech, business and mass media, and disseminated a Press release to these media after event.

After the event, all media had positive feedback on the event. The journalists also quickly published content on their media and sent back the links shortly after the event. Some journalists also supported us with posts and stories on their media’s social media, as well as their personal social media.
