Raising the Bar on Transparency
Launching Pernod Ricard's E-Label

The Challenge
Pernod Ricard was launching its e-labels on bottles in Cambodia, following successful implementations in Singapore and Vietnam. E-labels are a new concept in the country, and needed to be carefully communicated to the public to explain key points around the importance of responsible drinking, transparency about alcohol content and health effects, and meet regulatory and consumer expectations in the Cambodian market.
The Solution
ERA built a comprehensive communication strategy for Pernod Ricard, which included a launch event, media engagement, influencers and bartenders' participation. The event was designed to be highly interactive, with reporters and stakeholders given opportunities to ask questions and actively participate throughout the session. The event received extensive coverage across multiple media outlets. Pernod Ricard was widely praised for its continued commitment in responsible drinking and social impact efforts in Cambodia. Influencers and bartenders echoed this initiative to their audiences through their social media pages and peers.
