Maybelline New York's Super Stay Teddy Tint Launch

The Challenge
In a market dominated by Korean lip tints known for their vibrant colors but lacking long-lasting benefits, Maybelline New York's newly launched Super Stay Teddy Tint struggled to gain recognition. With consumer preference heavily leaning towards established Korean products, our goal was to shift attention to Super Stay Teddy Tint by creating an experience where its signature teddy pink shade, soft velvety texture, and unique brand story could truly shine.
The Solution
To introduce Super Stay Teddy Tint, we launched the immersive "Teddy City" activation, featuring product testing, makeup sessions, and interactive experiences. We highlighted its velvety texture with marshmallow-topped ice cream, creating a memorable connection. With branded instant photos, a giant teddy photo spot, and powerful KOL collaborations, we amplified brand visibility and engagement. This strategy drove strong on-ground interactions and massive online buzz, leading to impressive conversions.
