Love and Care Project 2024
The Challenge / Situation
Samsung Lao sought to expand its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts in Laos through the Love and Care Project 2024, aimed at supporting underprivileged students by providing advanced technology and educational resources. However, Samsung Lao required a well-structured communication and media strategy to effectively showcase their contributions and engage with local communities.
The Solution
ERA Communications was tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Samsung's goals. This involved creating a media relations plan for the event, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across both online and offline channels, and coordinating with local government, schools, and third-party partners to manage event logistics. ERA’s hands-on support throughout the project helped Samsung boost their brand presence while addressing educational challenges through the Love and Care Project.
