The Challenge / Situation
Unilever Lao aimed to launch a new pack of Citra Lotion inspired by a Mermaid theme, focusing on the message of healthy, radiant skin. The challenge was to effectively engage the target audience, create buzz around the product, and differentiate it from competitors in a crowded skincare market.
The Solution
ERA Communications developed an innovative Mermaid-themed Augmented Reality (AR) filter to enhance user engagement and promote the new Citra Lotion. This interactive filter allowed users to visualize the benefits of healthy skin in a fun and captivating way. In addition, ERA managed a strategic campaign involving 20 Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify brand awareness. By leveraging the influence of these KOLs, the campaign effectively reached a wider audience, encouraging authentic interactions and driving excitement around the product launch.
